What is Resale?

If you can no longer attend an event, offering your ticket for resale allows you to make your ticket available for purchase by another fan. Your ticket must not be listed for more than 110% of the price you paid for the ticket in line with Australian regulatory standard (excluding any transaction fees, delivery fees and optional ticket upgrade fees you paid). If your ticket is purchased, you'll receive the resale ticket price that you nominate, minus the Resale Service Fee displayed on the listing page.

How can my friend buy my ticket?

After your tickets are up for resale, we will provide you with a secure link that allows other fans to purchase your tickets. You will then be able to share this link with a friend or family member. The only way for other fans to view or purchase your tickets will be via the secure link, and you will be responsible for sharing it with the purchaser.

What is Ticket Return?

Ticket Return allows you to return any ticket that you no longer want to use back to Moshtix. We'll include your returned ticket with the other tickets we're selling, priced at the current sale price for that type of ticket at the time of return. This price may not be the same as what you paid. If your returned ticket is purchased, we will provide a refund to you of the price you paid for the ticket (excluding any transaction, delivery and optional ticket upgrade fees) less the Ticket Return Service Fee specified.

What is the difference between Ticket Return and Resale?

If you know someone who would like to buy your ticket, Resale provides an opportunity for someone to purchase your ticket through the unique URL provided when your ticket is put up for resale. On the other hand, if you don't have a specific buyer who wishes to purchase your ticket, Ticket Return allows you to return your ticket for sale, giving the opportunity for someone to purchase it from the Moshtix event page.

Remember:

- Tickets can't be sold for more than 110% of the original price (in line with Australian regulatory standard)

- You must share your unique link with the person who wishes to purchase your ticket

- Moshtix Resale is the only secure way to resell authentic Moshtix tickets to friends

- Tickets can be sold right up to the event, and even after it has started
